Insomnia is a condition where the person is unable to sleep and even if he or sheep falls asleep it is hard for them to stay asleep. Haphazard Eating: It is always better to sleep without a fully loaded stomach. A full tummy can be physically uncomfortable for sleeping. Poor eating habits which lead to acidity, heartburn can make sleeping uncomfortable. Medication: Many drugs interfere with sleep. Antidepressants and medication for blood pressure and asthma can disrupt sleep. Some painkillers also keep patients from sleeping. Caffeine and nicotine: Consumption of caffeine and nicotine afternoon can stimulate the brain and can keep a person from falling asleep at night. Sleeplessness is a disorder which can be effectively dealt with by changing some daily habits.
